Our Vision

To redefine Applied Behaviour Analysis through compassion, collaboration, and respect for autonomy, creating meaningful partnerships that honour the individuality and dignity of every child and family. We strive to lead positive change in how neurodiversity is understood and supported.

Our Mission

To provide evidence-based, neuro-affirming ABA services that are compassionate, person-centered, and strengths-driven. We partner closely with families and communities to support meaningful learning, independence, self-advocacy, and lifelong well-being.

Our Values

Compassion First
We approach every child and family with empathy, respect, and kindness—recognizing the emotions, challenges, and strengths that shape each journey.

Neurodiversity-Affirming Practice
We honour each individual’s unique identity, communication style, sensory needs, and way of learning, promoting dignity and autonomy in all interventions.

Collaboration & Partnership
Meaningful progress happens through strong partnerships. We work closely with families, caregivers, and community members to create consistent, supportive environments.

Evidence-Based & Ethical Care
Our services are grounded in current research, clinical expertise, and ethical standards to ensure safe, effective, and responsible practice.

Individualized & Strengths-Based Support
No two learners are the same. We design personalized interventions that build on strengths, interests, and functional skills that matter in everyday life.

Empowerment & Independence
Our goal is to support self-advocacy, confidence, and independence—helping children actively participate in their world in meaningful ways.

Owner's Background

Priyanka Kundra, M.A., BCBA, RBA (Ont.) is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Registered Behavior Analyst in Ontario with over six years of experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology (USA) and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science from George Brown College, providing a strong foundation in both evidence-based practice and autism-specific support.

Priyanka brings a unique holistic perspective to her work through her background in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery, allowing her to consider biological, environmental, and emotional factors alongside behaviour. Families often describe her approach as compassionate, insightful, and empowering.

As a parent herself, Priyanka deeply understands the emotions and hopes families experience while supporting a child’s development. This personal connection strengthens her commitment to celebrating meaningful milestones—especially in communication.

Priyanka Kundra

Her journey with children began at age 18 through tutoring learners aged 2–15, shaping her belief in individualized, family-centered, and strengths-based care. Today, this philosophy is at the heart of Grow As One ABA, where every child is supported with understanding, collaboration, and hope.
